Hey there!

I am happy to say I am feeling muuuuch better! Remember my trip to Michigan? Well, I wound up getting sick upon returning home to Georgia.
That adorable little Tommie, my great- nephew, that i couldn't keep my lips off...? Well he gave me his flu. It would be fine if he really was better because of it, but I think not.
Believe me, we all left there with the crud. Diane, Michele, (my sisters) and my niece Brooke. She's 23. We hung out a lot while I was there. She's very sweet. Mature, which I like. She was my chauffeur.
Anyway, I made it through a workout today, so I must be getting well again.
I thought it would be good to stimulate and contract my back muscles since I have been coughing so much. As you know, the back muscles are attached to the rib cage, which houses the lungs....so it was good to work that area.
Circulation, nerve supply....PUMPING IT UP! What a great feeling!
Then I flipped the script onto my chest and worked the front! Balance, balance,
balance.
I felt badly about being sick around Amanda. She was here Friday thru Monday. Gosh, I hope she doesn't get it.
We did some shopping, which was so much fun. We bought a Futon for the guest bedroom. It will be delivered tomorrow, but the cover is being custom-
made, so it won't be here for about a week or so. Just in time for Colette's(Nelson) visit here in March. We will have such a wonderful time! The three
of us...I can't wait. Amanda will be here for Spring break for a few days, and
Colette for a long weekend. I can't wait! Thank God none of us will be dieting!
I plan to do some work on Colette...she needs some chiropractic and body work!
She is always on the go, and trains like a monster! Hang in there Sweetie!
You'll be in good hands very soon. I hope you are chillin' out for now, especially
if you want to train while you're here.
Amanda's Stairmaster will be here tomorrow as well! Lots of great things being
moved around! So this room will be finished soon!
You all should have seen how cute she was raking the front yard last weekend!
I took pictures! I was confined to working indoors due to my infermia.
We got a lot accomplished around here. Always a great feeling.

My site is doing soooo well! Thanks to all of you out there! Lots of love and appreciation from me to you.
Well, I better run. I need to make something to eat before American Idol comes on!

Hugs and kisses!

Mimi

Brrrrrr...

Hey there!
I am still in Michigan, where it's colder than a mother-in- law's heart! (not mine of course..ha ha)
Last night it was below zero, and when my sister Diane and my niece Brooke dropped me
and my sister Michele off at Mom and Dad's (after a very late dinner) we really felt
the brutal chill to the bone while locked out of the house!

Yesterday we had a family dinner/birthday celebration for me, Tommie and Eric.
We ate some great food cooked by Mom, and then homemade chocolate cake with ice cream.
It wasn't long before we all headed to Chuck E Cheese for the final celebration of the day.
Yes, i had pizza....of course! It is very bad luck to decline pizza from The Almighty Chuck.
By the way, this day of festivities began with family photos at Glamour Shots.
It was a long day.

So I head back to Atlanta tomorrow. Looking forward to getting back to Beau (my babyboy),
the house, work and training!
And some warmer weather, ya know?

Amanda arrives Thursday, which i am so looking forward to. We have some things to do
around the house, shopping, decorating, etc. We can't wait!.
We are going to get together with dear friends Chip and Stormy this weekend. I have been best
friends with Chip for some time now, and have trained with him for about 3 years now.
He is such a wonderful person. I love him, his wife Stormy and son Matthew so much.
Stormy is a doll! So sweet. Matthew is the cutest!
So we will have a great time I'm sure. I just wish Amanda didn't have to go back to Fla.
Monday night. There's never enough time together! May can't get here soon enough.

I had such a wonderful time there last week. We went to her mom's Monday night after
training. I love spending time with her family. Mom(Denise ) is so sweet. She's a lot of fun
too. She just had knee surgery not too long ago. I worked on her knee for a while, and then
Amanda took it through some rehab also. What a team!
Stacy (Amanda's sis) and Darnell were there also. I adjusted her neck and jaw as well. She's been having headaches.
It was a cool visit as usual. Just love them all so much.

Anyway, back to Hotlanta tomorrow. I'm ready to get home.

Hope you all had a terrific weekend!

Love to all!

Mimi xoxo

Hello Everybody!
How are you all doing today? I want to first thank every one of my new
members so far. My website is dong amazingly well, thanks to all of you. It is soooo
great to have such a rocket launch! I really do appreciate each and every one of you.

I was wondering if i should write in my journal like I have, directly to you, or as if I'm writing a diary. I chose to keep it direct and personable.

I have been in Ft Myers since early Monday morning. I came to spend a few days with
Amanda, before going to Michigan to see my family again. My birthday is tomorrow, the 17th, along with my niece Nikki, and her husband Tommie's little boy (Tommie as well).
It is his first birthday! Yes born on my birthday! I love it! He's soooo beautiful.
Big Tommie(Boyd), once played for the Detroit Lions, and it looks like "little Tommie"
is carrying the genetic ball now. Nikki also has a 9 year old daughtger, Alexis. She's beautiful as well.
My niece Kristen, Nikki's sister, has a son, Eric, turning 8 today, who is also an excellent natural athlete. So we are all celebrating birthays together Saturday. Dinner at Mom and Dad's, then Chuck E Cheese of course! Eric has an older brother, Michael, who is very gifted intellectually, with a heart of gold. He's 10.

So, it all sounds like fun, but i hate to leave Amanda tonight. She would go with me, however
she has to work this weekend since she has next weekend off.

Training is going very well. I love to train with Amanda when we get the chance. We are
getting to know each other's thought processes and training styles, while sharing different
exercises and techniques. Looks like a winning combination all around..;)

It's awesome to have such a driving, supportive force behind me with everything i am doing.
She always has terrific ideas, advice, and a willingness to achieve only the best in every situation. Yes, Andy created a bangin' site for me, but it is because of Amanda's initiative,
diligence, decisiveness, loyalty and determination that it is such a success thus far.
I have so much respect for this woman. I love you Baby.

Well, gotta run and grab lunch. Hungry these days!

Have a super day and be blessed!

Love,

Mimi

Welcome....!

Well, i finally have a website! I have to tell you, it would have never happened without Amanda. She is responsible for contacting Andy and keeping this ball rolling until the desired end result was achieved. Andy was so awesome, and obviously put a lot of time and energy into this project. His talent is really seen here! Job well done by the both of you....
thank you!
I want to encourage and welcome any feedback from you all! This is my first site, so I
want to learn as much as possible about what works and what makes a site successful.
I think I know that entails keeping everyone updated and therefore, happy.
So, keep that in mind and feel free to give me your opinions or imput about this long over due
piece of work. The timing couldn't be better though!

I hope you all enjoy!!

Mimi

Welcome....!
